Prices

• Prices are valid for experiences through April 2025, unless otherwise noted

Payment Terms

• 15% of the total amount is required to secure the booking, and
• the balance is due 30 days before the experience date
• Bookings made less than 30 days before the experience date, require full payment at time of booking
• Payments are made via bank transfer or credit card to the beneficiary Thentic Tours and Travel (PTY)

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations made
  • more than 30 days before the experience date: 15% cancellation fee
  • between 30 and 15 days before the experience date: 50% cancellation fee
  • between 14 and 0 days before the experience date: 100% cancellation fee
• No-shows or early departures: 100% cancellation fee

Insurance

• Thentic Tours & Travel passengers are insured by VUM Insurance under the Passenger Public Liability (PPL)
• Travel insurance is not included in the price of the booking. For your own protection, and peach of mind, we advise you to purchase travel insurance before you travel. Thentic Tours & Travel is not accountable for any expenses or losses that you may face due to lack of travel insurance.
